Internship notebooks and institution evaluation forms belonging to the 2026 Summer Term internships must be submitted by hand, in exchange for a signature, to Res. Asst. Ali Emre Gök or Res. Asst. Başak Öztürk by October 1, 2026. Notebooks submitted after this date will not be accepted. Additionally, internship notebooks must be uploaded to the Turnitin system before being submitted. By registering for the class on Turnitin with the information below, uploads will be made in Word format to the Professional Practice 1 (Mesleki Uygulama 1) or Professional Practice 2 (Mesleki Uygulama 2) sections.

NOTE: Our students in 4+ grades are required to bring their transcripts and graduation petitions along with their internship notebooks. Transcript documents can be submitted by hand or via email. (aliemregok@nevsehir.edu.tr)
NOTE: As per the regulation, the submission of these two documents is the responsibility of the student. Students whose institution evaluation forms are sent via mail/post are obliged to track this.
