Department of Computer Engineering

Double Major Program

Students who are at the beginning of their 3rd semester at the earliest and 5th semester at the latest in their undergraduate programs may apply for a double major to pursue an undergraduate degree in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, subject to the conditions set by the university.

Students who have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 in their major diploma program but do not rank in the top 20% of their class in terms of academic success may also apply for the double major program, provided their university placement score is not lower than the base score of the target double major program for the relevant year.

A double major diploma is awarded to students who earn the right to graduate from their major program, successfully complete the required courses in the double major program curriculum totaling 240 ECTS, and achieve a minimum CGPA of 2.00.

The level of success in the double major program does not affect the student's academic standing or graduation grade in their major program.
