Our department closely follows the most up-to-date technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Image Processing, which are the driving forces of the IT world, and produces innovative solutions for both academia and industry using these technologies. Our research team operates across a wide spectrum, ranging from making sense of complex data to visual intelligence applications.
We aim to develop data-driven and high-accuracy intelligent systems, particularly in strategically important fields such as health technologies, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and personal data privacy. In addition, we undertake socially beneficial projects, such as the preservation and accessibility of cultural heritage in digital environments. Prioritizing interdisciplinary projects, our department not only produces theoretical knowledge but also applies this knowledge to real-world problems.
